Program Documentation
These foundational documents outline program structure and financial planning requirements that all accepted members must review and approve before enrollment.
Capital OS Operating Agreement
This is essentially your program contract that sets strict operating standards for program members.
It requires:
- Minimum 70% time allocation to fundraising activities (1,500-2,500 hours total)
- Submission of detailed P&L and team allocation plans within 5 days
- Weekly reporting and milestone compliance
- Confidentiality and IP protection agreements
- Professional standards for LP introductions (LinkedIn profiles, 506(c) filings, websites)
Fund Budget & Resourcing Guide
This is a comprehensive financial planning framework showing:
- Headcount recommendations by fund size ($30M, $50M, $100M)
- Budget allocation across functions (labor, tech, marketing, travel, legal)
- Technology stack progression from basic tools to institutional-grade systems
- Specific vendor recommendations (HubSpot vs Affinity vs Salesforce, etc.)
The document emphasizes that technology choices signal credibility to LPs - using basic tools at a $60M+ fund level appears "amateur hour" and can cost commitments.
